Nina Tarasova is a Pastry Consultant of St. Petersburg who takes care of creating original desserts, new combinations of flavours and new styles for pastry shops and restaurants around the world. According to Nina, it is impossible to imagine a day without a good dessert, as dessert is the best part of a meal.


Nina Tarasova studied at the Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie in Issenzho, near Lyon, under the direction of Alain Ducasse and Eve Tyurye. She then moved to the Ecole Bellouet Conseil Gastronomique in Paris and continued her training by attending several specialised courses on artistic chocolate, macarons and desserts served in a plate, just to name a few.


Her specialities are creamy desserts, the beautiful glazes with mirror and velvet effect, the restaurant versions of her desserts and much more. Her style is characterized by the constant search for balance between natural ingredients, colour and sublime taste, with an emphasis on the elegance of the presentation and on spectacular creations with chocolate.

During her masterclasses in hangar78, the Silikomart's innovation laboratory, Nina Tarasova presented a Cacao 120 e Moonlight Sonata 1200 project, and in that occasion she was able to tell her story and  express her talent.
